We are excited to share we have grain-finshed our first cow and is now ready for purchase. She was grass fed for the majority of her llife and then grain feed for the last 3months of her life to provide her some nice marbling and flavor to her meat. We used Riverview for processing, USDA and vaccum sealed, sold frozen. Please check out our new products and let use know how you like them
