Keith and Trish Eggleston — first-generation farmers and the hearts behind Eggleston Farms. Our kids have also become a huge part of the operation recently.
Five years ago, we started this journey with one big goal: to raise animals the right way — with care, transparency, and respect for the land. Every egg you crack and every pork chop you sizzle comes from animals that lived naturally on open pasture, eating clean, premium feed and never treated with hormones or antibiotics.
We believe you deserve to know where your food comes from — and who raised it. That’s why our farm is small, hands-on, and committed to doing things the honest way.
🚜 A few things you should know about us:
- Our chickens roam free, pecking at bugs and grass.
- Our pigs play in the mud and root in the sunshine.
- We collect, wash, and pack your eggs by hand every day.
- All our meat we deliver are frozen for freshness and convenience.
Whether you’re cooking for your family or just want food you can feel good about, we’re honored to be part of your table.
There is a great opportunity to come meet Trish on Saturday at Lexington Market (Tandy Park) and Paige (delivery girl and daughter) on Sunday at Lexington, Southland Market this summer. We would love to meet you.
Thank you for supporting local, pasture-raised food. You’re not just buying meat or eggs — you’re helping build a better food system.
Gratefully,
Trish & Keith Eggleston
