Our pigs are pasture-raised consuming grass, walnuts, and other vegetables and table scraps. Supplemented with grain, vitamins, and minerals meeting all the pig's nutritional needs to make it delicious for your meals. 1/4 hog includes

-12lbs of sausage- mild, medium, Italian

-5lbs of spare ribs

-10lbs boneless or bone-in chops

-10lb of boston butts or picnics
