Pasture-raised Heritage Pork. All pigs are pasture-raised, curiously free to roam on their own through the grasses and fields to hunt for all the acorns and clovers their heart's desire. We maintain transparent operations on our farm - no secrets, just good practices - something the big corporations can't give you. Our pork has access to a local, high quality, grain feed and a continuous flow of fresh water.

Quarter: 15 sausage, 1 Boston butt or picnic, 4 spare ribs 1# each, 12 chops, 4 packs of bacon. please let me know if you prefer bone-in or boneless pork chops.
